Recognized for her presentation, negotiation, and change-leadership capabilities, she has consistently fostered alignment and cohesion across diverse, multi-level teams while delivering results-oriented transformation initiatives.

Dr. Santana holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Corporate Communications, a Master’s degree in Leadership and Business Ethics, and a Doctorate in Leadership and Administration, all earned with high honors. Her academic foundation, combined with extensive international experience, equips her to lead with clarity, ethical rigor, and strategic foresight.

In her role as Chief of Staff, Dr. Santana will partner closely with executive leadership to accelerate strategic priorities, strengthen organizational performance, and help shape the company’s next phase of growth.
